Rt. Rev (Prof) E. B. Ajulo
THE RT. REVD PROF EMMANUEL BAYODE AJULO:
He was born on 26th September, 1947 in Lampese (present Edo State). Had his Primary Education in CMS School Lampese from 1953 – 1959, and had Secondary Education in Afemai: Anglican Grammar School Igarra from 1962 – 1966.
He graduated with a BA (single honour) in English from University of Ife, Ile-Ife in 1973 and was retained and employed as a graduate assistant in the same Department in 1974. He obtained MA (English Studies) in 1978 and did a Doctoral Study and obtained PhD (English Language) from University of Sheffield, England in 1980. Emmanuel has served in other Universities: Ambrose Alli, Ekpoma, University of Jos (where he became a Professor in 1995) and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
Emmanuel was born again 1969 and has had the privilege of Service in God’s Church in many ways: visiting Scripture Union Groups at Ile-Ife, Moro, Edun Abo, Sekona, Ede. He was a Chapter President of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International FGBMFI, Jos and joined the Holy orders in the Anglican Church in 1992. He was made Pioneer Bishop, Anglican Diocese of Okene 2008 – 2017. He is a current National Advisor of Aglow Women’s Fellowship International.
He is married to Victoria Apeke Ajulo and blessed with children and grandchildren.
